The guys that are handling our maintenance now are truly great. I had the pleasure of speaking with him yesterday while moving my car, as well as both times he serviced our dishwasher. I like to recognize good people and good work when I can. Kudos to them for the hard work done with a friendly attitude.

I feel like I am finally settled enough to look around see where I've landed. Everything moved so fast from the time I was accepted into nursing school until now! I wanted to pause and thank you for everything you did to get me into this apartment. You went above and beyond every step of the way. I could not be happier with my space or with the community in general. Please also pass my thanks on to Dave. His help getting my AC unit installed was so appreciated. The grounds are well maintained, the laundry works perfectly, and the workout room is exactly what I need and the equipment is in perfect working order.
If you ever have a prospective tenant that would like a reference or someone who wants to see the inside of an apartment when you do not have any to show, please feel free to contact me. I would be more than happy to provide a positive, glowing reference or open my apartment to someone wanting to see what one looks like.

I can't believe it's been two years and this is my last payment before leaving FL. Brianna and I have loved living here. You have an amazing staff and this has become home for us. It's a wonderful community one I would recommend to anyone.
Please extend our sincere thanks to everyone for all the wonderful activities, keeping the building clean and in great repair. There was always something going on to maintain or improve the building.
